At Inside Then Out, we’re looking for a Digital Ads Manager who’s passionate about using data and creativity to bring our mission to life. You’ll play a crucial role in introducing new people to our world and will be at the heart of our mission to inspire people to slow down, reflect, and live intentionally.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid ads and website optimization
• Lead and shape our digital ad strategies across Facebook, Google, and TikTok
• Craft, manage, and fine-tune ad campaigns that truly connect with our audience, with a focus on targeting and budget management
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to ensure we hit our financial and marketing goals
• Collaborate with our social, content, and partnerships teams to keep our ads aligned with our brand's voice
• Dive deep into research to understand target audiences, market trends, and the competition
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in advertising
• Forecast and set revenue expectations

You’ll Be a Great Fit If…

• You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• You have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (executing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Tik Tok Ads)
• You have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo 
• You have a gift for storytelling and know how to create ads that feel like they’re speaking directly to someone
• You’re a strategic thinker who’s comfortable collaborating with others to bring big ideas to life
• You’re passionate about wellness and journaling, and love thinking of new ways to inspire people to incorporate it into their lives
